Clare is an Accredited Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, and Nutritionist with years of experience helping people achieve their health, nutrition, and performance goals.

Before studying nutrition Clare was a chef, where her love for food and nutrition began. She is still a massive foodie and loves to combine her cooking and nutrition skills to help her clients make quick and easy meals that not only are nutritious but actually taste good!

Clare is also passionate about sports. She has a personal love for endurance sports, having competed in several triathlons, marathons, and ultra-marathons. As well as a love for team sport & AFL having worked at Essendon Football Club with the AFL, VFL and AFLW teams.

Clare enjoys helping clients with healthy weight loss, sports nutrition, muscle building and women’s health. She focuses on creating balanced, sustainable eating plans that prioritise nourishment, rather than restriction (which is more enjoyable for the client and gets long term results). She also works with individuals struggling with binge eating, combining nutrition education and behavioural strategies to help them break free from unhealthy cycles and develop a healthier relationship with food.
